This course covers many current parenting techniques. It also
covers issues with parents and children regarding anger and
stress management and improving communication skills.
Cost: $180.00

Anger Management and Batterer Prevention
Class: J
uly 11th,18th and 25th, 2009
( 9:30am to 3:30 pm)
This is an 18 hour course which will cover many different
aspects of anger.  Prevention, containment and resolution of
anger will be covered. Communication, relaxation, conflict
resolution and stress management techniques will be practiced.
Education on how the body reacts to stress and anger will also
be taught. Individual's will have designed their own anger
management program by the conclusion of this class.
Cost: $180.00

What we do
